PAYMENT OPTIONS
Responsible for payment
When you click “send order” in our checkout your purchase is finalized and you will have a payment responsibility for the specific order. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to have products selling out of stock, if your order is affected we will contact you by email immediately.
All the prices we display include VAT and shipping (orders over £100) within Mainland England and Wales. For more info regarding deliveries please contact our custom service team.
Payment in advance
You can choose to pay in advance before your order is delivered. We will send you an email confirmation with instructions on how to pay into our bank account. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your cleared payment. This will normally show in our account within 2-3 bank days. When the order is sent, you will receive an invoice for accounting purposes.
Payment by card
When paying by card, the total sum of your order will be reserved directly on your card upon the placement of your order. The amount will be withdrawn from your card within 7 days after placing the order. If you do not require your order to be debited before your order has been delivered, we kindly ask you to select another payment method.
Klarna
In partnership with Klarna we offer the following payment methods whereby the payment is made directly to Klarna:
PayLater: A payment period of 30 days from when the order is shipped. No invoice administration fee is added. A credit check is conducted so that a credit note can be issued.
PayOverTime: The amount is paid off in installments over an agreed period of time. A credit check is conducted so that a credit note can be issued.

PayPal
We offer payment with PayPal. When choosing this payment method, you will automatically be forwarded to PayPal. We send your order and order confirmation as soon as we have received your payment.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free and quick deliveries as well as carry-in service through our logistics partners NX, Parcelforce and RBC. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days (for carry-in services, 3-5 days). All orders for mainland England and Wales are delivered by NX, Parcelforce or RBC from our UK warehouse. Only in the case of not having the product in stock in the UK we will deliver from our main warehouse in Sweden. Smaller wine coolers (up to 20 kg) will be delivered to the nearest post office. For all home deliveries, goods are delivered to the property line on a drivable road, unless otherwise specified. If you live in an apartment building, deliveries are typically made to the main entrance at ground level. If you reside in a residential area with restricted access, such as a locked gate, closed barrier, or similar, goods will be delivered as far as the drivable road allows.
Delivery to islands is limited to those with bridge connections or serviced by the national ferry network. Deliveries to other islands are made to the nearest mainland terminal. Some ferry routes may require special packaging. Please contact us to see if we can deliver to where you live.

Together with the customer, we will agree on a suitable delivery day and time, which we will then communicate to NX. Please note that a fee of £20 applies if the delivery address needs to be changed.
For all deliveries with RBC, we offer an optional carry-in service, available only in certain postcode areas. Please contact us to check if this service is available in your location.

Remember to check the goods when they arrive! Visible damage should be reported directly to the driver and hidden damage reported within 7 days after receiving the shipment. Please always receive the goods yourself, so that they are not waiting for a long time without being checked. We can do nothing to remedy shipping damage filed later than 7 days.
If you have received damaged goods, contact us before installing them in order to save unnecessary installation costs. Please make sure that you have received all items in your order and that no parts are missing before you book an installation. If you find out that parts are missing after the fact, we will not pay for double installation costs.

If you do not receive or collect your package within 14 days, a fee for unclaimed packages will be charged. The fee is £90 for wine coolers and wine cabinets and £20 for other products.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION
All returns will be sent to The NX Group. When purchasing a product from us, you always have the right to change your mind within 14 days. This means in simple terms that you are able to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product. The product does not need to be returned to us within the 14 days, but you need to notify us within 14 days. This is done most easily by email. The repayment of your paid sum (in full, including shipping & handling fee) will be returned to you as soon as possible.

The legal requirement is 30 days from the date we receive the returned products, but this is of course always sent faster.
To get a full refund of the order value upon exercise of the right to return, the goods must be in the so-called essentially unchanged condition. If you wish to get full value return for your purchase the product has to be in original condition, meaning that it cannot have been used. If the product has been switched on and used there might be a value decrease of the product when returned. The potential value decrease of the unit is determined on a case-to-case basis. The value is mainly determined by the retail value of the unit on a second hand market.
When exercising the right of withdrawal you are responsible for return shipping. Please feel free to contact us in advance to find out what the return shipping for your product is.

RETURN OF OLD APPLIANCES
In accordance with legal requirements, every consumer is obliged to dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment (old appliances) properly and separately from household waste. Old accumulators (batteries) and lamps that can be removed from the old appliance must also be disposed of separately.
When purchasing a new electrical or electronic appliance, you have the option of having your old appliance disposed of by us free of charge.
If you wish the old appliance to be disposed of when the new appliance is delivered, please let us know in advance. Please contact our customer service.
It is your responsibility to delete any personal data on the old appliance you wish to dispose of.

Our search results are based on relevance. Relevance depends on the data in the product titles, description and specifications in relation to the search text. The order in which products are presented is ranked according to how quickly our automated system identifies the product as relevant and is then sorted in descending order. Search rankings are never based on personal information and searches are never stored.
Handling and approval of reviews
Product reviews play an important role in the buying process. Transperency is important to us, which is why we only show reviews left by customers who have purchased a product from us.
